Descrierea postului:

The Level Designer is the person responsible for creating new worlds based on an existent game design. This offer is for a full-time position located at the offices of the Company.

Responsibilities:

•Work closely with the graphic designer(s) + programmer(s) and create the environment based on the specifications.
•Game Design: from high concept to implementation and completion; Benchmarking / competition research;
•Model the layout in the editor
•Create the architecture of the level using the requested graphics.
•Place entities inside the level as a part of the game flow.

Cerinte:

Required Qualifications:

•Passionate enthusiasm for all genres of 2D and 3D video games ;
•The ability to draft dossiers of complete design and technical specifications;
•Thorough understanding of video games and their appeal to the general public;
•Excellent skills in analysis and summary;
•Excellent writing skills;
•Creativity and analytical mind;
•Ability to quickly learn and integrate in a highly demanding team.


Additional Desirable Skills:

•Familiarity with C++ and JAVA;
•Knowledge of wireless devices;
•Knowledge of a 2D or 3D level editor [for example UnrealEd, WarcraftIII editor, World Craft (Hammer), Q3Radiant].
